goggles

Been wanting to get goggles for a long time...
but Papa wanta make sure that they are UV protected so took a long time to find them.

celebrating with my favourite cha siew bao while Mummy and Meimei were still confined at home.

so when are we going swimming, Papa?
now that Mummy is out of her confinement.

For my peers, remember to get UV protected lens for goggles and sunglasses else your eyes may be damaged if you use those without UV protection.

"Sunglasses without UV protection shade the
eyes from the bright sun, but cause the
pupils to dilate, actually allowing in more
harmful rays.

Read the labels! Always read labels carefully and look for labels that clearly state the sunglasses block 99 to 100% of UV-A and UV-B rays.

Be wary of labels that
claim a product blocks harmful UV without
specifying exactly what amount of UV rays
they block. (i.e. just says "UV protection" and nothing else)"
