澳门新鲜人/事

The street lamps along Macau have these flower pot. and in case you wonder, yes! they are real flowers inside this is how they water them.

beautiful flowers along the road.

what a huge car deco!

This is the front of the car. They use fresh flowers.

Do you know what these people are queuing for?

The lift!

Mummy was looking for a paeditrican for me but couldn't find any. instead, she found many doctors who specialise in Sexual Health (click on photo to see Dr So's qualification). She wondered what they do.

澳门 - 吃4 - 路边摊

Can you guess what the lady is doing?
She's making zji-chong-fan!

There's this hawker place near our hotel. They're like permanent "roadside stalls"

Think my Ah-yi like this dessert stall.

Having a taste.

people just sit around the tiny tables to eat.

Macau: Hotel Royal

This is where we stayed in Macau.
Mummy will gladly recommand it to anyone going to Macau.
Beside friendly hotel staff who speak and understand English, the vincinity is full of fun too.
Check it out:

There's a huge fountain (my favourite!) just opposite the hotel.

and next to it is a playground. yup. i love going to playgrounds too.

It's also near a market place. so you can see how normal Macau people live.

There are also many cafes which serve cheap and yummy food around the hotel.

There's also a seven-eleven just downstairs. very convinient!

the view from our hotel room.

澳门-吃3 - 葡式佳肴

Introduced to ah yi by a hotel staff
Mummy went a few times but they were closed.
on the last day, we finally managed to catch them open.
They're the 1st Chinese Portugese Resturant in Macau!

me enjoying the food despite my swollen eyes (that's another story)
See how much we ordered!

Mummy's favourite dish: 葡式烧鸡 roasted chicken

Papa's favourite dish: pork chop

minced fish and potato.

青炒西洋菜 It was such a huge plate and Mummy was the only one eating... nay.. she didn't finish them.

It was really yummy. A must go in Macau!

澳门-吃2 - 猪扒包

Our photoshop is finally working and I can upload my travel photos!
the 1st day we reached Macau, I was having fever and papa stayed in with me.
Mummy went to eat with Ah yi and jiejie and tabao-ed this 猪扒包(Famous Macau 's Pork Chop bun) for papa.
Papa said it's yummylicous!

Mummy bought from this 迪士尼 Cafe and introduced it to Ah yi and Jiejie who went on our last day at Macau.

but they were greatly disappointed with the food.

See their expression below:

O... Mummy didn't eat there at all. only tabao for my papa. so she doesn't know if it's really that bad.
