This is the living room of the 5-room flat my Ah Gong's selling.It's in Toa Payoh.
Super near Braddell MRT station
Near 明校s like Pei Chun Public School, CHIJ and not-so-明 校 like my Mummy's alma mater - Kheng Cheng School (it's also my Ah-Ma and ah-yi's alma mater).
There's also a wet market, hawker centre, many coffee shops and my favourite - MacDonald's! nearby.
