This's a 75 minutes show (plus a 15-minute interval).
recommended for 4 and above.
More details at http://www.momotaro.sg/

Am giving this a miss though.
cos 1. Mummy thinks it's too expensive.

Healthy Gummies

Those who know my mummy, you know she doesn't give me junk food such as sweets, etc, cos she thinks they make me cough.

so don't give me
neon worms
which contains lotsa colouring,

nor these
dino gummies
which appear to be healthier but actually still just empty calories and sugars.
(Just as organic lolly pops are still lolly pops - balls of sugar.
Dunno why some people think it's any better)

If you must give me Gummies, give me this:

Fiber Gummies.
sugar-free with natural fruit flavors

or this:
Vidaylin MiniBear Gummies
contains goodness of 5 garden vegetables: carrot, tomato, artichoke, spinach and beetroot, known to have important antioxidant nutrients such as
Vitamin C, Vitamin E, beta carotene, calcium, iron & zinc.

Think the latter 2 will be more acceptable for my mummy.

Meimei's name and blog

We've finally decided on meimei's name -
梁雯汐
Leong Man Jade

You can read more about her name at her blog
www.jademeimei.blogspot.com

Yup. We've decided to have two seperate blogs cos we're going to blog about different things.
I'll continue to blog about places to go, events and happenings for older kids
while meimei will blog about baby stuff - what baby uses, breastfeeding, etc.

Nope. Didn't go out recently.
but will blog on my outings before my Mummy's confinement.

This is a MUST-GO!

Must go for all children!

Level 1 : Walter by Dawn Ng

We kids had lotsa fun making hedges out of these tetrahedron cushions.

Photobucket

We hop and we throw!
though the guard didn't allow us to throw...

It's really lotsa fun.
Great installation, Dawn!

Taking a break in my "nest".

Guess where am I?

I'm in the Enchanted Forest by Sandra Lee.

splashing in the "pond".

Me leaping out like the merlion in the illustration.
Great art work, Sandra!

Check out what's in the sink.

This "monster garden" left a deep impression on me, not exactly a positive one though.
STOP in here and get into the MOTION! by Joo Choon Lin

My parents and I love this - Floribots by Geoffrey Drake·Brockman
and we thought it was done by a Japanese guy cos

Photobucket
the artist made use of origami flowers

Photobucket
and put more than a 100 of them on actuators.
the result? Magnificent!
I can spend hours sitting there, just watching them bloom and bloom and bloom.

There's a corner for you to fold these flowers and plant them on SAM's wall garden.
Unfortunately for me, the paper were all used up so I didn't get to fold the flowers. Sad.

Mummy took a photo of the instructions so I can do it at home (though I've yet to do it).
Click on the image for a larger view.

Also had fun at Daisies by Theodore Watson.

My papa didn't think much of this and the Funky Forest though.
He thinks it's just like those floor ads you see in shopping centres.
Mummy thinks it will be much more fun if we didn't go on such a crowded day.

We ended the day at the only cafe at 8Q - Food for Thought.
Quite a nice place but the price's not so nice.
Check out their menu.

I'm an elder brother now!

Any1 called for Hann?

Yeah!
Meimei is coming out!

Tue 08 June 2010 10pm+
Mummy's water bag burst.
She wanted me to sleep 1st then call for my ah yi to come over and sleep with me.
but Papa thought it's better for me to go over to sleep at my Ah Gong's.
I was so excited and sprang out of bed when he told me that they're going to the hospital and I'm going to sleep at Ah Gong's.

"Is it July already?" I asked.
My baby sister (meimei) was due in July.

She's decided to come out early.

After more than 12 hours of labour (almost the same as it was for me, if not longer),
meimei is born.

Presenting... 梁妹妹.
Yah... that's her name for now.
We have yet to decide on a name.
I've set my mind on one of the names
my parents suggested - 梁昕汐
but my parents have since rejected the names cos it's quite a tongue twister and many people said it can be easily made fun of.
still, when asked what's the name I want for meimei,
I'd say "Xin1 xi1".

Now you know why I've not been updating my blog.
I'm so busy being big brother!

My duties include holding meimei's hands, talking to her, comforting and entertaining her while my papa changes her diapers.
She's quite insecure at the moment as she's born a little earlier at 36 weeks.
(It's written as 35 weeks+ on her Health Booklet)
So she needs us to comfort and hold her when she's not wrapped up.

My other duties include keeping an eye on meimei when my parents are busy and she's not in their sight; passing towels to mummy, and other housework.

I love my meimei and am so happy to finally have our own baby.

Yeah! I'm a korkor now!

Oh yah... meimei wanta have her own blog... or should we just share this one?

conservative Hann

~ the largest of my 4 birthday cakes for my 4th birthday ~

During bedtime reading last night...

Son, "are you wearing sleevesless?"
Mummy (who is actually wearing low-cut spaghetti straps, more revealing than in the photo), "yes..."
Son, "Why are you wearing sleeveless?"
Mummy, "because it's so hot?"
Son, "I don't like you wearing sleeveless."
